ID already logged before entering Lounge

    Hi guys, Good Afternoon!
    1. character name(s): Simoleon
    2. where the issues happened: I tried entering the lounge for the GM event today earlier (Kerning jump quest GM event), but my account got disconnected. When I try to log back in, it says my account is already logged in.
    3. date and time (GMT): around 2pm / 14h GMT
    4. details of the issues, any error codes, and if it can be replicated, screenshots of recordings of how to do it, as applicable:

    Just did a /find, seems like you are stuck at Cash Shop, not Lounge

    For players that are stuck online in-game, usually would disconnect after 15~30 minutes

    But if stuck in Cash Shop, would need to wait for the next server check or patch

    Thanks for your reply, i though i enter Lounge, probably missclicked to Cash Shop.

    Hi guys, my character still stuck in-game at Cash Shop. Could you please unlock my character, since there doesn't seem to be an estimated time for server check or patch?
