Hi GM, Chars names: Woshihuairen, kelvinlingam, simonlingam,duiyoulomo Last i did was log in ro play maple 13 anniversary cake boss. Please help me understand my account is temporarily banned till 1 Aug 2026. I did not use any sort of hacking mechanicsim to play maple but the ban says that i use hacking....blah blah blah. If it is emrelating to voting, i had already gone in the white listing long time ago. I really dont understand why???

Hi GM, Chars name Woshimeinu and SibehSweebu belongs to my wife account. It is concerned as 2 different accounts and we have previously written in to be enlisted in the white list. This has also been approved. Hence, voting once from each account is not concerned as vote abuse right? That is the whole point of White list. Please advise. Thanks
We had been voting separately for these 2 accounts for years. Why now then you started to ban. We vote using our own separate mobile phones.

Account Sharing - This rule was altered in October of 2014 to respond to the growing number of people abusing the ability to share accounts for a variety of purposes that we deemed unacceptable. Eight scenarios for which account sharing will be considered an immediate permanent ban are the following: Using power-levelling services; Two or more people taking turns in levelling up a character (i.e. training); Logging onto someone else's character in order to leech your own; Removing items from or deleting someone else's character; Giving an account with a high-levelled character on it to someone else; Committing a bannable offence (other than just account sharing) on someone else's account; Wasting Staff time by lying about the account sharing; Sharing your account details with multiple people. In any other situations, the default punishment will be a 30 day ban and potentially a reversal of actions taken during the share, however, this is still subject to Staff discretion and the involved parties may face a permanent ban regardless of their situation not being listed above. Finally, the use of the same account information as other locations such as your personal social medias or any other game servers does not violate this rule, however, any individuals who access your account on the basis of knowledge of account information in other places does. You are responsible for the privacy of your own account information.
