Some say Dragon Fury (Pole Arm) is better and end up leveling it, becoming hybrid. I wonder if it really is better than Dragon Fury (Spear) and worth hybrid.
Hybrid is definitely worth it. 3rd job training goes really quick if you have Dragon Fury thanks to the skill being significantly faster than Spear Crusher. You should be making out both Masterys and Boosters during 2nd job anyway so it's there's no reason not to.

I was going to add another section in that part of the guide for Pole Arms because some have convinced me to do so. I put Spear Fury instead because some people enjoy soloing Zakum and you can't exactly switch weapons in the middle of the fight. By the end of the build, you will have 31 points into anything you want so you could go Dragon Fury (Pole Arm) first then max out Dragon Fury (Spear).
