I think everyone would agree that if that PGC is being sold,it is being sold for 62b to maggles. I dont think kevin is dumb enough to be waiting for a higher bid lol

 

I think everyone would agree that as long as kevin still has his cape and doesnt want to let it go, maggles can bid on other capes.

I know it sounds dumb but maybe he just wanted to see how much he could get for it but in the end he doesnt want to let the cape go
