IN: How many votes a private server has received during the given month.
OUT: How many times people have clicked to go to the Private Server website during the given month.

 

I believe the OUT system is 100% inaccurate and is both biased by premium users and has no IP checks (try click a server twice and it has 2 more OUTS), so its a very useless statistic. However, yes, its suppose to show how many people from GTOP clicked your server.

 

Small correction, it shows how many people clicked from the server BACK to GTOP 100 to act as a number (of people)who viewed the site, but decided to go elsewhere and continue looking.

 

Using 2 different machines now on 2 different IP's , OUT increases by 1 all time when you click "LINK: server name here", so no, its not people that went back into GTOP, unless I am misunderstanding what you mean.

So Extalia tends to have a much lower OUT than IN. I guess that just means that they're shrinking, because not as many people are checking out the website?
