Hi, I'm posting here because I am unable to log on to my character. I can successfully log into the game and get to the character select screen but when I double click on my character or hit the "Select Character" button, my character just keeps on walking and never logs in. I can log on with my other account, but not this one at all, and I think it has something to do with anti-hack measures or something due to my other thread I posted: http://royals.ms/forum/threads/accidentally-duped-items.28815/. The strange part is that the game thinks I have logged in, as if I try to vote, I am given the message that my character is logged in and must use the FIX command on the website to log him out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Character: Jidonbo Issue: Cannot get past character select screen. EDIT: Thanks to Egonics, I've discovered that I can log on my other character on the account (MichaelAngel) but cannot access my main character Jidonbo. Jidonbo is the character on which the duping occurred so I am quite sure that event has something to do with the inability to log in on him.
Does your account work on another computer? Try login into another character on that account or create a new char.
Yep, it seems to be just this account specifically. I tried one two characters and neither can log in. My other account works fine though which makes me believe it is an issue specific to the account. Thanks again for the tip. EDIT: I was wrong, I just tried again without selecting my first characters and you are right! I can access my other character, but cannot access my main character (Jidonbo). I wonder if he got glitched somehow, I really hope it's fixable, I don't want to start a new character f4

Make a post here http://royals.ms/forum/forums/character-issues.55/ Use this format so the gm's can read it easily IGN: (Your character name) Problem: (Eg: Voted but didn't get NX) Details: (Explain what happened as clearly as possible, including information you think might be relevant. If you have lost items, please list them here, with screenshots if possible.) Tell them that it is only that character that has the problem and that you tried and other characters on the account work. Keep it short and also put up all the items that you know got duped so they can check logs and take care of that at the same time.
