Not replicable Accidentally Duped Items

Hi, I'm writing here because I have a few duplicated items in my inventory. I don't want to say the way I think it happened here, so if a staff member can PM me, that would be very useful. Also, I can't log in at the moment for some reason (my character keeps walking at the select character screen) but I can tell you what items were duped. Thanks.

Character Name: Jidonbo

Edit: Thanks to Egonics, I've found out I can log in on my other character on the account, but not Jidonbo, the character on which the duping happened.

Edit2: it's been resolved, thanks to Katsuruka, so mods can delete or whatever they do.

Have you been able to talk to the staff about this yet?

 

No not yet, I've just been waiting. I did manage to talk to Jennifer in game a few days ago, but she wasn't able to do anything about it since it required an admin to fix. I sent an email to Matt but haven't gotten a response yet.
