Hi! Yes it is, we scheduled you for 1 AM server time on Sunday. Which is 2 hours later after the time you stated, please let me know if this works for you!

 

We were available between 11 and 17 server time and agreed on 11 (AM), 1 AM is impossible for us to be online at...
And since we agreed to 11 AM, I placed my other appointment for that day after that, meaning I'll be leaving around 1PM server time, so it seems we have a problem with doing/reschedualing the run, unless you guys can actually make it at 11 AM (or somewhere around that time).

 

I think sami might have you confused with someone else. I'll get this straightened out and get back to you.
