my account is gone? :\

It says my account is not registered and I was on yesterday before...







I can log in on the website but in game i can't log in to any of my accounts... (lironexex, lironexex2, lironexex3)

 

Umm nope all of your accounts are still in the database. I would try logging in again.

 

It still does not work... same problem.

I'm not quite sure why it isn't working for you. I entered your username and I get Incorrect Password message. When I change the username to something non-existant, only then do I get the Not a registered ID message. Have you restarted the MapleStory client? Maybe restart your computer?

I'm going to ask a very stupid question but are you sure you are connecting to MapleRoyals and not some other v62 Private Server? If you can login to the site, and my client can see that your ID is registered, then there is no reason you wouldn't be able to see you have a registered ID.

 

I know, that's what i thought too!! but I am sure I am connecting MapleRoyals.

As a last resort I would try to download the Setup file from the homepage and run it again without any Anti-Virus programs running/switched off, to make sure it's actually the MapleRoyals client you're using.

I can't refresh it because it is already fine. Try making a new account and see if you can login to that one? I'm really out of ideas since this only affects you and not just your account but just you in particular. I was able to attempt to login to your account just fine.

 

I tried making a new account and it is the same problem...
so something is wrong with my ip?

 

Problem Resolved. Solution: banned and unbanned character on that account.
