What is the amount of washes needed for a DrK?

    Depends on what level you want to have 18,750 base HP. Usually ranges around 180-190 washes.

    Its also means i need around 720 ~ 760 spare MP right?

    Yes. Easy enough to do if you start wearing Int equips early on.

    around 30~50 INT would be good enough? and should i raise about 20 int base from AP ?

    30-50 would be 1 wash per level (1 wash=4mp) so (not counting MP from job adv. not sure about this) would let you hit 30k at 18-19x which is kinda late, ideally you want 30k as soon fast possible

    You should be aiming for 60 Int at low level or 80 Int at mid level (~50).
