You played from the same computer as MuLaa1 who was permanently banned September 15, 2014 for attempting to sell/trade their account. You were playing on borrowed time.

Please can you tell us whether: a) You were Mulaa1; or b) You did business with Mulaa1 - ie buying any account from him or selling any account to him.

Finally i can get write here... No, I never did any business with MuLaa1, I do not know him. I was amazed as you wrote about it. Then a lot of players do not know that it is forbidden, I was initially player so this is not reported because they did not know. Now, if I see someone want to sell/trade account would immediately reported.
