Solved [Solution Given] Cannot pass the log in page

Hello, every time when I click login, the screen freezes and nothing happens.
If anybody knows how to solve this it would be highly appreciated.

That's the first time i'm trying to login to this server

Do you have Hamachi, Hotspot Shield or Microsoft loopback adapter installed on your computer?

Also disable your antivirus and firewall.

 

I got nothing from the stuff you mentioned.
And I've already tried disabling my AV\FW...
Any other suggestions?

Are you sure you haven't played here before? or have had anyone else play from your IP?

If you have any other network adapters installed try disabling them.

 

Restarting the PC\Modem didn't work
And already reinstalled mapleroyals...

And there's no way someone played this server on my IP since I'm the only one who plays maple in my family...

If you can/want I would uninstall any antivirus you have on the computer, might work.

If you use wifi try use a cable instead.

To me it sounds like it's either you are IP banned (very unlikely if you are new here) or the problem is at your end and the staff can't really
help much if the problem is at your end.

Do you have any program to make you anonymous, if you have anything to hide your IP then that is most likely the problem.

This error is for when you have network adapters/ using VPN/hiding your IP,


I'm just about to leave.

 

There is 1 more thing you could do, if you can when you have time login from another place, like a public library/friend etc...

The best thing would be to try with another computer using your internet cause if it's your internet there is a big chance your ISP has something blocking the connection, maybe a firewall, or a bad IP, or maybe your modem has a firewall.

You still never answered if you are trying to hide your IP when you try login.
