Solved [Solution Given] Unable to get inside the game

Once I hit 'select a character' the game freezes and sends me back to the home screen and displays a message saying unable to log on to the game server. Pls help

 

Server is frozen right now.

 

It says a lot of ppl are online but we keep getting the same problem from the login server

 

its because the server is down.

 

Expand on that.

The server is down but the channels are full.

 

Same. It let me log on but as soon as I click on my character it kicks me out saying unable to connect to server and after 3rd attempt I get that above message he posted on beginning of the thread and it just loops.

 

Just to update. Number of online people went from 450 to 120 and it lets me log on now. not sure what happened but its good it seems?
