Hey all! New to MapleRoyals here. I was browsing through the Cash Shop to notice that we have both options for our free NX and our paid NX. It seems logical to add something extra into the donate section to incentivise players to donate. Perhaps create some custom donate items for donaters? InGame ring icons for donaters? Certain (popular) NX items only available to donaters? Perm NX? What ideas do you have that could add benefits to those who spend real money on this game?
Well there's the donator section of the cash shop, full of unique items only available with RP (Royals Points) obtained through donations. And then there's the ~donator comand with faces and hairstyles purchasable with RP. Unless you meant something other than that, in which case I'm down. Always cool to have more NX items!
The whole donor section is full of nx items that are unavailable to those who don't donate. The non-donor ring selection is already pretty huge so I'm personally not sure what could be added. This already exists. NX is permanent already. Donors aren't meant to 'benefit' from spending real money. That makes the game pay2win and a complete drag since effort would mean nothing. I didn't mean equipment benefits - Anything cosmetic or otherwise convenient that wouldn't necessarily strengthen a person. I will say, however, that I assumed all of the donor NX was the same/similar to the options available from voting NX. My apologies.
Here's my transition from NX to full donor items. 1. Tried to get out of the potato club, but remained as a potato seedling. (partial donor) 2. Got demoted to captain of the potato club. (half donor) 3. Got back up to a potato seedling with class. (decked the fk out with donor shit) Result? Climbed all the way back up to a potato seedling. It's gotta be the highest rank right now. As far as I know, the donor shop could use some updates every now and then, but the matter of the fact is, I'm hardly better off than I was when I first started. But the part that makes it worth every single penny is that no one will look like this unless they drop some serious cash. In some weird sense their donor shop offers a high incentive to buy into what makes "you" unique. If that ain't enough, I hear that they'll be adding new stuff to the donor shop with the upcoming source update.
