Solved [Solution Given] Error code: -2147024809 ( The parameter is incorrect,)

    I keep getting this error code when I try to load up the game. I have to load it up several times before it finally starts up. What happens is: I click the application and run it. The screen goes black for a second (meaning it is going fullscreen) and then it just closes and this error code pops up

    Right click the client > properties > compatibility tab > choose run in compatibility for > select windows 98/Windows ME

    The client is the mapleroyals.exe

    ^ and if that doesnt work, go down the list until it does. If none of that fixes it, delete mapleroyals and do a clean install.
