I was going to wait until I heard from Altin that it was ok to post this but that noob has up and disappeared again. Sometimes, like Beetlejuice, saying that he's disappeared will summon him again, so maybe I'll hear from him after I post this. Altin (archerdj pre-wipe) and I met in GMS way back around 2008 or so. I'm in NY, he lives in the UK, but we became very good friends and spent most of our online time grinding or just hanging out and talking. Even after quitting Maple, we kept in touch, though there were long breaks were we didn't hear from each other as life sometimes gets in the way. Al's family moved to the US and is a few hours's drive from me, so when he came to visit them, we simply couldn't pass up the opportunity to spend a day together. He is exactly the same funny awesome person IRL as he is online. Spoiler Yeah we're old.
