Okay so, whenever I try to log in, it tells me my account is already in-game, and after I go to the website and use the "Fix Character" button, it lets me log in, but when I go into my Character, All my key bindings are gone, my guild and buddy list is gone as well, I can't join/leave/create any party because it tells me I am already in a party when I am clearly not. What guild are you in and what is the name of the alliance? They're buggy and cause things like this, hence why they were disabled. The glitch can happen to anyone else in your guild.
It'll keep happening unless the alliance is disbanded, to you and potentially other people in your guild. We've disabled the feature entirely because it's too buggy, alliance's that were still up upon disabling it at the NPC, stayed up.
It's just a disbanding of the alliance, not the entire guild. I can also assure you that this happens sometimes. And if it wasn't you, it'd be someone else. This is the only known way of fixing the issue.
She mentioned your ex-guild needs to break their alliance. So you will need to wait for an admin, your alliance leader should post a thread under character issues to disband their alliance (assuming other people in your guild have this same issue).
Because the alliance needs to be broken. The only way your problem can be fixed is through that. As stated before, alliance's are buggy. An admin will have to break the alliance for the guild during the next server check. Could you clarify what you're not understanding so I can better explain what's going on, possibly?
