Just because YOU don't want to buy a zak helm doesn't mean others won't either. A lot of people want to get a zak hel at level 50 because it helps with HP washing. And yes, in that aspact, adding a 0 to the HP scrolls would make them very OP.
Who are these people??? So basically nothing would change. Anyway these scrolls should be left how they are right now, you can't always get good scrolls from gacha or mobs, that would be just broken.
It would change. When I made HP gear for my archer to be able to zak at level 50, it took some effort. HP scrolls aren't that commonly available (or at least they weren't at the time). Adding a 0 would reduce the required effort to pretty much 0
Well yeah, but I mean since everybody hp wash anyway it's not that hard to get a zhelm at early levels, and even if you don't have enough hp sellers usually manage to find a hb for you
Hardly everybody Hp wash, finding Hb is not easy. There are a lot of low level sins/archers that can't get a z-helm at 50, even with Hb, I couldn't when I started. Dispel for mages in Horntail would be very easy, especially with 3-5000 in Hp gear.
