Not sure why you wanted this re-opened. I'll repeat what I said via PM: The last two times were an error where the autoban system wrongly interpreted the damage you did as being high for your level, job class and equipment. This however, is a case of doing the same damage 6 times in a row, which should not be possible with double shot. We are not aware of any issue with actual damage detection, merely with the interpretation of whether it is too high or not.
So whats my next step? It is what it is.. I've set the clean files as one of the Royal community members said. Is there a chance to be unbanned?
No, you either used modified files or an external program to gain an unfair advantage in the game, which is a permanent ban.
I wasn't aware of it, when trying to contact GM's in game I didn't get an answer, so I used to forums to solve the issue. While doing that, I got banned.
But you never should have had modified WZ files in the first place so no matter how you were trying to get in touch with someone, there's an issue in that you were breaking a rule you agreed to when you signed up.
I wasnt aware that it was modifield, I just got a launcher and put it in the folder. I've cleaned what was needed now.
