You say that BlackPenguin isn't your account but he uses the same IP. Anyone in your house play? Or did you have a friend come over?
I'm not at home but at college dorm,I know that my classmate had play this game before,but I'm not sure if he is still playing this game or not.He sometimes comes to my room to use my wifi,he is the only people that knows my wifi password,so I changed it after I got banned,but I still been banned.There're all things I know Sorry for my poor english
