just got ban for no reason.. plz help!

Last thing you did:
just login and i was near taxi in henesys, there was coin flow there i picked him up then its kick me off the game and lose my client,
when i tryed to relog its says something like that> "you ban for use some kind of Illegal software."


Why do you think you got banned?:

well i dident see anyone back then so i dont know who ban me

You were banned for mob vaccing.

Also, can you please explain to us why you don't have a MAC address?

 

well first.. there is any change that you wrong becouse i've honestly NEVER hack!.


secend i have the ability to change my network IP - getaway IP etc.. (i work in Internet company)


i know i can change my IP and create new account and play.. but i really dont wanna do it.

 

That answer is not good enough. If you change your IP to play, you will just get banned again.

We require all of our players to have MAC addresses.

 

i said that i can do it.. but i WONT!..
(and if i will change my IP and my Nexwork ip you wont be able to know my new account.)

but then AGAIN. i wont do any of that just becouse i know you got alot to deal with.. and im not here to do troubles! all i want is back to the game and keep play like everyone els..

i got ban for really nothing! even tho you think or sure and trust your autoban system..

and i know i dont have say on this becouse Conflict of Interest.. and i sure you i did not use any software/hack/cheat etc!.
