So, what is your motivation to grind? As you may know, i have a crusader at the moment, and a soon to be hero. I absolutely love hero's, but its a pain to train them when your a sader. At the moment, none whatsoever, but hopefully that will change once I've finished getting my Door mule to the right level and I'm back on my F/P. My motivation there is straightforward enough - get 4th job, get Meteor Shower, get Meteor Shower to lvl 20. Haven't thought beyond that yet, other than wondering what lvl I'll be able to solo Bigfoot at.
I get motivation from so many youtube videos I just want to keep grinding all day, if I watch any of these videos including yours, especially since they are similar to the version we play now. Sometimes I'm in a grinding mood, sometimes I'm not. Usually my motivation is to not get overtaken by people, so I do a couple levels to have a cushion ^.^
My motivation to continue training with any job is that I would eventually gain access to the higher levels(3rd/4th job) skills, but sometimes I easily lose that motivation due to the repetitive nature of the game or the job that I am playing. This also explains why I never really reach a high level with any job. I guess Im just being impatient in general; a slow rate server like this definitely requires alot of patience.
I guess we're on the same boat then, Im also aiming at that kind of thing myself when I play any job in general.

No motivation here. I grind so I can keep up with friends and enjoy the game with them. Although at the moment thre are no buccs so I do want to be one of the first 5 buccaneers. So I guess theres that.
