The best thing to do would be for him to request a name change in game when the two of you are unbanned. Ask him to think of possible - acceptable - names he might wish to change his character name to.

 

Why can't you let us play at your server?? We got auto banned because of my friends name. We grinding 8 hours straight got banned, grinded 8 hours again and got our ban extended? We are not evading ban we were wrongfully banned and didndt get any reply.

 

We made a new character just started on your server, then got auto banned for saying my friends name in smega. Then we made a new account and started playing again. We havent made any new accounts afterwards and was hoping to get unbanned otherwise we would wait our ban to the 19th wich still seems unreasonable for saying my friends character name.

The Smega was: Whisp "Niggerino" for 1m, wich caused my two friends and I to get auto banned.
That was the issues to begin with, and I don't think that we should be banned for saying a available character name in smega. Then we got impatiant and rerolled a new account and got our ban extended.

Edit: I was the one doing the Smega with my friends character name in it, so can you unban my friends? Since I did the smega and my friends did nothing.

 

You haven't been following rules, that's why you're sill banned.

• The IGN your friend chose was unacceptable. That alone doesn't warrant a ban, just a name change.
• Using the word you did (irrelevant of the fact that it is his IGN) in a smega is unacceptable. That got you your initial ban.
• Ban evasion is not allowed either, so your ban got extended.

It is unacceptable to smega what you did regardless of it being anyone's name, that's just the long and short of it. If your friends also got autobanned, they also attempted to smega the same thing. The autoban does not simply decide to ban people by association.

You will have to wait out the investigation. Next time, I encourage you to make sure you know what you are not permitted to do while playing on this server to avoid this happening again.

 

You should be able see logs for who that did the Smega, I was the only one who did it. My friends got banned for being on the same internet as me apparently. I'm sorry for my lack of knownledge in the terms and conditions for the server. I'll use the time I'm banned to read on the forum.

 

Let's see...

1. You got banned for smega-ing an unacceptable word, even though it's your friend's name. If you look at the rules, you'll see that you would have been unbanned in 3 days for that, if you'd just waited.
2. Your friend Niqqerino didn't make a ban appeal, hence he would also have had to wait out the ban. Had he made a ban appeal, he would have most likely been unbanned within a day or so once we'd had time to investigate properly, and would have been given an ingame name change.
3. Your friend Betrayer also made a ban appeal, and he would have been unbanned when we'd finished investigating since he wasn't guilty.

However, instead of waiting for a reply from us, you all decided to make new accounts shortly after being banned, and proceeded to ban evade. As a result, your ban length was doubled, in accordance with the rules.

Do yourselves a huge favour please. It looks like you didn't ban evade again, so just wait patiently until the 19th August and you will all be unbanned then. I'd hate to have to permaban you all for ban evading something that started out as a relatively minor issue, but if you ban evade again, you'll leave us with no choice. Don't make any new accounts and don't log into any existing ones until your ban time is up. Your ban will be up on: 2015-08-19 at 06:14:51 server time.

Once your ban period has expired, please make a new post here to let us know that your ban is over and that we need to unban you, as sometimes bans don't automatically expire.
