Hate to burst your bubble, but it's 1 above avg in str and 1 below in dex, essentially making it average. It's not really worth any more than the NPC price, especially since they drop quite often at Gobies. I think you would even have a hard time selling a perfect godly Battle Empress for 85m, just because there aren't a lot of female warriors and most warriors prefer to scroll top+bottom.
