    Update: I've failed 4 Barrage 20 books so far. Thanks to those that have contacted me in-game!

    Not atm. You can farm those from Blue Dragonturtles, though!

    I've been paying 10 to 15 mill.

    Despite the rarity of the books, there's still isn't a lot of Buccs on the server to justify raising the prices.
