I have decided that I want to make a Corsair but what I am confused about is how much I need to wash it. I know that the battleship at 4th job has a high amount of HP and I also read in Intensity's Corsair guide that Corsair shouldn't wash much at all. It is stated in that guide that a sair shouldn't wash more than 5.5k. The thing is, I want to enough hp to do horntail at level 155. Does this mean I rely on battleship for my HP? Thanks.
5.6k enough for Horntail but conserve some extra MP (enough for 11.5k) just in case Pink Bean comes out.
Thanks for the reply. And i was wondering, should i add any base int? with my int equips + the default int of 4, I would have 75 int in total.
if you're washing only for horntail, you'll have enough additional MP to wash with from job advancements. no added INT is required. the only reasons I could think of using extra $ to wash a corsair is to tank anego at 12x or to PB

my hp at 155 (HT level) with 0 washing + a dep star (+100 hp) I decided to wash a bit and ended up washing to 5.7k hp to HT. If you HP wash a sair, do not use level up AP to HP wash; washing using MP->HP will give 20 HP every time instead of a random value of 16~20. I did around ~30 washes, and I didn't have any INT added apart from a ZHelm + dep star. also: I chose not to wash enough for pb because i dont see myself as such a high levelled sair to pb -- i want to play the game and not just sit around leeching myself all day and using all of my $ for washing plus ht as a sair is alrdy stressful af for me
