    Character name: Heinkell
    Last thing you did: trying to buy a pet. My character with IGN |Entei| have 6300 NX and i try to buy a Penguin. The purchase has done en the cash shop windows, but after i left this window i cant see mi pet bought and my money was the same (6300 NX). I try to make this operation more than 6 times (first try to buy a penguin, then a white tiger) but after the last attempt a was thrown by the game and now when i try to log the ban message appears
    Why do you think you got banned?: I perform this operation in the last server d/c. Also I think mi internet connection in this moment was no stable, so i say this is misunderstanding
    Ban message when attempting to log in:"Your account has permanently banned for serious violation of the rules. Therefore you will be unable to used this account" and "crazx: hacking (er7ij56uhe)''

    There is no character named Heinkell, the character named entei is not banned.

    Actually i only play in my home. Another account (IGN: DrBoom) in the same house leechs this account (for HP wash purposes, killing mobs in legal form) with my other pc.
    I accept and understand than problem is that this two accs plays in the same house and votes with different ips (temporal ban for this two) but the ban says is for hacking and is permanent, lossing the effort in the first acc and the RP in this acc.

    Okay well that's the issue. Your account has the exact same MAC address and IP address as the other account which has a character on it which Tim found to be hacking. Therefore, you won't be unbanned.

    The problem is than none of the accounts try to hack. As i say in the first comment, i try to buy a pet with my current 6300 NX (IGN: IEnteiI) but after the purchase and exit the cash shop i dont see the pet in my inventor y and my NX was not reduced.
    I really understand if you apply a ban for the votes, but i appreciate if you verify the hack thing...because this ban is permanent.

    And a note: i play the two accounts in different physical machines (not same MAC). Maybe its the fact that i logged my characters whithout distinguishing on which machine i entered. If this fact makes the problem more big, next time i only play one account in one and only one machine.

    For me this is the only reason for "same MAC and same IP", because i never open two accounts at the same time in the same physical PC.
    Than you for the support, i wait the response for the hacking thing.

    But you dont explain me why you ban me permanent.I have fulfilled explain the situation prior to the ban, but so far I have not received an answer from it, its not fair.

    John, when you commented that I responded noting that the two accounts i've played in my house:
    1) IGN: DrBoom (otther acc)
    2) IGN: IEnteiI (acc: Heinkell)
    None of them have tried to use some hack (both accounts are banned and have been played on diferentes machines). The only thing I can think to ask is if you could tell me what account was detected in hacking terms.

    My final attempt:
    Searching for the words "crazx" and "(er7ij56uhe)" in the forum, i found this:

    In this post, another account suffer a permanent ban because er7ij56uhe steals his ip. According to @Katsuruka:
    "According to our database, someone hacked from your computer and from the same ip as you. Not only that, but their email address is remarkably similar to yours (same name, different numbers) and their account name sounds like it's probably yours, too.
    Your ban will remain."

    I can only think of me the same has occurred. But one difference is than the emails i use to register this two banned accounts in MapleRoyals are very personal and you can verify this. Also, in one of them you can find than i post things in his soccial network.

    I hope you understand me, its important to me to clean my account for other people who steal ips and use to hack. Also, this can happen to another people in my country. Thank you.

    Its right, I used a bad term sorry.
    The fact is that with my last comment i trying to say that another user had the same problem with this character (er7ij56uhe) and, unlike that case, you could check my emails in several ways.

    As been said already your computer and IP matches the one who was banned for hacking.
    What your email is has no relevance here.
