    You'll need it maxed for Burst Fire in 3rd job. You will be able to max Bullet Time with your extra second job skills, though, so no worries.

    Two questions:

    - Is the skill advice about Battleship (lv1 forever) still current?

    - My damage range with Battleship Cannon is inconsistent with Gun Mastery, do Battleship skills have their own mastery levels or is this a bug?
    Example: With Battleship Cannon 28/30 vs Elderwraith I'm hitting anywhere from 4800 to 10k+, which is much less than the supposed 60% gun mastery.

    I just made my first pirate and going for the strless build, which is completely new for me. In this guide you can see recommended eq for 64 and onwards but what about before that? Anything in particular I should try to pick up?
    I'm level 20 now and I barely got any other gear than the standard level 10 gear. Any tips would be very helpful for a newb like me! :)

    Maple Guns (35, 43) should be easy to find with an owl, smega, or farming.

    You could look for a 10 dex robe/clean robe and scroll that until you're ready to add strength or get a better option

    8+ attack work gloves are easy to find for a decent price
