    I don't think he can hack that. There's no Packets that make your Scrolls work.
    But I do know that there's a chance that he got those scrolls in illegal way.

    EDIT:

    You caught him duping... What if there's a chance that he duped his claw every time it disappeared? (Because of 30%.. I really didn't believe him when he said he used two 10%)

    He packet edited items which he would sell for mesos and then buy white scrolls (inflating the price). He then could of duped white scrolls, so yeah.. illegit and basically hacking.

    I didn't said that he didn't hacked. I just suggested a possible way that he could have done this. I also didn't know that you can packet edit items...
    I thought that you can only get items by using their packets. Let's don't get to deep on this because this info doesn't belong in here xD
