Looted this last night. Someone said I should WS 60% dex it, not sure if that was a joke though.

Theres only one option dude... 60% dex obviously. However, WS 60% doesn't sound like a bad idea.

 

ws60 if the rest of your gear is finished.

 

WS+30 is what the pros do.

I would White Scroll+60%. The investment is worth it when you run out of other equipment to improve.
