If you're basing it on those two items, the slight edge goes to Teleport Rocks, but takes a while to sell and won't function as they do now the live game as they will eventually post beta i.e. they won't teleport you to a different continent. AP Resets, however, are always in season and one person and buy all you have easily in one sitting. Some people prefer to have instant money on hand. You get a bit less per thousand, but to some, it's worth it.
