I have a question regarding voting, and hope I could seek some enlightenment on it.

I am currently on vacation, so most of time when I am playing games, I will be at home. That being said, I will be voting using my own network.

However, when school starts for me, it will be almost impossible for me to be playing most of the time as I will be out of my house at around 7am and will only return at around 11pm and by then, I would have dropped dead on my bed or too busy with my projects to even remember. So I was wondering if it would be okay if I were to vote using my phone, on 3G/4G while I am in school everyday, or at least if I remember while on the way to school.

In summary, I will EITHER vote using my home network (LAN/WiFi) OR using my phone on 3G/4G.

Vote using 3G/4G and you shouldn't have a problem.

Hi this means i can vote on my second character/account on the same laptop and same wifi right?
How if i vote on my first account last night 11pm and second account today 5pm, will it let me? i havent try though.
And i am going to move out from my current house soon and move to new house with new WIFI, and with the same laptop will there be any issue?

Because i mistakenly bought robo pet on my 1st account and found out that it could not be traded.

Nope. I highly doubt you will be able to vote on your 2nd account on the same laptop, and needless to say on the same network. Based on what Katsuruka said, I highly believe that each vote is processed using your public IP, which is the same throughout all your devices within your network.

Personally I did not try, and I won't risk trying. You can try, but I don't think it will go through. Even if it goes through, you risk getting banned as in that case, a single public IP (which is globally unique) will be tied to both your accounts within the span of 24 hours. That being said, I believe you will get banned for doing so.

As for MAC address, it need not necessary be globally unique although it is mostly unique due to the number of possible combinations, but it can still be spoofed. I'll leave this to you to read up on your own.

If you are going to move to a new house with a new network, with the same laptop. I doubt there will be any issues.

P/S: Whatever I mentioned above is based on my observation and understanding of the voting rules. Please excuse me if there is any inaccuracy.

Don't try. Either you'll fail or you'll be banned for vote abuse.

You are only permitted to vote once in a 24 hour period. Based on what you are saying, it sounds like you voted one hour apart?

Regardless of how many accounts you have, you can only vote on ONE in 24 hours. Any attempt to vote on more than 1 account in the span of 24 hours, within your network (either LAN or WiFi) will risk getting you banned...

Based on what you said, I believe its fine. But I have no jurisdiction over here. Based on what I know, you can only vote on either one of your accounts, assuming if you have more than one accounts for whatever reason every 24 hours.

If you plan to continue playing from the same household and want to vote on both accounts, you will need to submit a whitelist application. If your application goes through, you will be able to vote as well.

He means that the system thinks that Josep357 & his cousin are the same person, therefore if one of them votes it will put a timer on both.

Make a character issues thread to get this issue solved. Dont forget to use the format! (http://royals.ms/forum/threads/making-a-thread-in-character-issues.11101/)
