Oh I see. I wasn't aware that resetting from either mp or dex would affect that. I'll try and see what happens with mp. Thanks again!

Okay. So I tried resetting MP into HP on my gunslinger and this is what would happen if I continue
    Screenshot (125).png
So I'm guessing that HP is capped at 18 per reset ?

No from what I understand the hp displayed in the AP reset is wrong and you would get more hp.
If you check your hp before and after to see if you really get 18.

Also you should reset AP not use level up AP.

Well, I've never tested washing on a Gunslinger before. Also, I was talking about a Bowman, not a Gunslinger.

Yes! Andreas you're right. I just tested this using two AP resets to wash HP and each time I gained 20 HP rather than 18 on Gunslinger. Glad this method still works for gunslingers :)

I'm not sure if this is relevant, but I'm MP washing on my archer ( what I think is using AP resets to wash, since I'm not putting point directly into hp) and I still get 16-20 hp bonus per wash, not just 16. When I wash I get the estimated +16 before I confirm, but this seems to be just visual as I sometimes get 1-4 points over the previewed hp gain.

AP resets are giving me (level 40 brawler) 18 hp.

Am I doing something wrong? I have the HP skill maxed.
Also, putting AP on HP from level up gives me random amounts between like 19 to 31
It makes absolutely 0 sense. Have screencaps that I will post later (on next level up probably)

Pretty sure that is just a visual error in the AP reset window and if you check your HP you get the full amount.

It is a visual error. If you look above, Andreas mentioned that when I asked. I confirmed that even though it says u get 18, you actually get 20 (gunner) and 40 (brawler). Look at your hp before and after u use a reset

I have another issue in that I get random amounts of HP when I use level up AP. I got a mix between 19 hp (at maxed Improve Max HP) to 31.

    What is going on?

Well even if a pirate uses level up AP, they will get a random amount. You should be either getting 16-20 HP (gunslinger) or 36-40 HP (brawler) per wash. Make sure to look at how much your HP increases by when you use level up AP to wash

The minimum MP for a sin (at least before 3rd job) is 14*level+135, not +148. Not sure if that changes at 3rd job though

I tried a -MP + HP on my Bishop and it was written +6HP -107MP But i gained 14HP and i lost 30 MP. I guess there is something wrong in the mage rates. Everything else is fine i think. It helped me a lot. Thank you for the helpful table!!!

I think it's the same for all jobs, that it shows an amount in the APR but another is actually the true value. I think for me as a warrior, it says +20 HP but I actullay get 50-55 (which is what this guide also states). Maybe this first value is some kind of "base value" which is later multiplied with specific numbers depending on your class? Anyway, I don't think anything is wrong here, but a fellow Bishop could probably confirm that for you.
