Cash Shop Question

Why are some items not available to buy in the cash shop? Like I'm talking about items you can only gift. [Not the Donor items]

I don't understand why it's being blocked from purchasing.. Could someone explain this please? Sorry for such a noob question but it's made me curious.

 

No idea what items are blocked, unless you are talking about female and male equips.

 

Yes, those. I don't understand why it's blocked.

 

Every other PS I played didn't have cash shop restrictions.

 

Equip the female items first then use the button underneath your character to purchase them. Other than that, there are no restrictions.

 

That doesn't work, I still can't buy gender exclusive items. Example: White Nurse Shoes, the buy button is grayed out. I cannot buy it what so ever.

I can preview all I want but it gives me no option to buy.

 

You can use the "Buy Equipped Item" button underneath the Preview screen on the top left to buy items you've double clicked on to preview.
It's advised to use the "Remove All" button first though so you don't end up buying your already purchased NX twice.

 

That doesn't help what so ever

 

If that's the case, can you please re-explain your issue and possibly provide us with a screenshot showing what exactly the problem is?

 

I didn't even know there were items you could only gift, mind giving me an example?
