Cpq is coming back in the new source, not in this patch. I am 99% sure this is just a Halloween event patch.
Grab the String.wz and Map.wz, then follow these steps. Mac Client in Finder > Right click > Show Package Contents > double click drive_c > double click maplestory > drag and replace old string/map files here.

Well, updated FM layout is one of them. I'm not sure if you are able to enter the new JQ, but I doubt it since it should be tied in the map.wz file. You can try accessing the JQ, but I guess you'll dc. And you will also get banned if you're caught not updating your files (based on what I remember about the rules when I read through it).
