Closed P/C 200m for lvl 40 thief bottom with 20 dex.

Title says it all. I have about 250m and have 14 dex pants atm. Is it worth it?

 

I feel it'll be more efficient for you to upgrade your weapon attack instead, i.e. get a better weapon, ATK glove, and so forth.

Also the 20 dex pants (assuming no luk) is worth about 100-150 mil at best.
