Not sure how or why, but I voted around 15 hours ago and when I checked the cash shop for the first time just now, I don't have the NX in my account. Are rollbacks possible? Not sure what else could've happened. I thought this had happened once before, but I wasn't sure, but this time I am.
I was logged in until it was time to vote, but I was voting from my workplace so I had to use the logged-in account fix to log myself out before voting. Could this have caused the issue? I voted at around 10:20 am EST if that helps.
I thought the Character Fixes button logs you out? Also, I thought you can't vote at all when you're logged in. It still told me I'll receive 8000 NX.
It doesn't log out your character it fixes the problem when your character is stuck but logged out, you tricked the voting to believe you were logged out.
