    On the fame rankings, people who have deleted there character or have been banned are still there.

    Yes,
    JrHero - #6 in fame ranking - he deleted his character

    ProtoType - #73 in fame ranking - he was perm banned for hacking.

    Fixed issue with ProtoType. JrHero character still exists. Character is not deleted.

    Then why isnt he on overall rankings? Hes 120 which should be in top 100

    I think Melinda was banned too? Well she's not in the Magician rankings.
