Info Downtime/Lost Merchants

    Hey everyone,

    We are currently having some technical issues with the server. There was a unexpected crash earlier so merchants are lost again unfortunately. We are going to use the next couple of hours to make sure that the server has the most up to date libraries and just do some general maintenance.

    If you had a merchant open before the server went down it is likely you have lost any items that were left in it. To get the items back you need to open a thread on the forum here after making sure you read this first.

    Hopefully the downtime wont take too long,

    The server is now back up. We are still working with our host to determine the root cause of the issue. However, in the meantime we did a few upgrades on the server side and you will no longer need to use the Register IP function on the website. You can simply login even if your IP changes.

    Merchant items will be restored when we know for sure that this isn't going to happen again. If you are missing items please do not opening a merchant until everything is sorted. If you cannot get passed character selection download the newest client. See the other announcement.
