Hex of the beholder attack buff question

Im not a super hard core player so i was curious at how much of a attack buff hex gives you at 25 max skill. I usually sell my apples so im not concerned to much about it canceling out attack items. Not looking for advice on the matter just how much the buff adds on. (and yes i have googled this and pre big bang i cant seem to find a clear answer)

Is this hex attack buff stackable with warrior pots / berserk?

 

No. Hex will automatically cancel out any attack buff regardless if it was higher or lower.

 

i doesn't effect berserk only pots or item bonuses. "at least it shouldn't effect berserk"

 

It doesn't. Berserk is a passive buff, not an active buff that you activate like Attack potions or Hyper Body.
