GM's might have a little bit more advantage due to the instant access of items which I won't deny. But it doesn't just come down to how many items you can get. For example, TAWM's costume was bought through the CS, without any event items or donor items. I must say his whole costume and layout is one of the top so far. It all comes down to creativity and ideas at the end. ESPECIALLY HAVING FUN
