Try a different brower, or if you're using chrome u can go to settings and untic the box that says something like "virus and malware protection", download and re-tic the box.
Tanks but I tride download with IE FF opra and chrom it use goole doc and it self they it check for virus cuse the file is larger then 1.2 gb I tried AVG avast and norton 360 all of them the the file containes virus and purge it help me
AVG is very touchy in my experience of using it, and I've never used Norton. I would suggest disabling both antiviruses and try installing the patch again. (You should only use 1 AV anyway, as more than 1 can cause conflicts and issues and isn't necessary if you have a good AV)

yes i use avast i exclude it in avast but still no result the file win32:evo-gen is some kind of malware i use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to clean it but no results tanks I really appreciate your help
