Yes. Luk adds nothing and your end game weapon doesn't need Luk.

What gear should i be aiming for at end game, im new to server so i dont know much only lvl 29 atm.

 

Focus on your weapon for the most part and slowly get enough money to either scroll or buy gear scrolled with Int/Magic Attack that you can wear like Bathrobes, Work Gloves and Zakum Helmets.

You should start adding LUK at level 196 since your INT AP will cap at 999.

 

Base stats can go over 999 here in royals.
