Hey there, I'm Leo but you can call me Twitch. I find it a little strange when people call me by a real name, but it's something I could get used too. Just a heads up. My first time playing Maple was about 7~8 years ago, I really enjoyed the game back then but I was a young, foolish noobie that made many mistakes the first few adventures I had (I literally farmed shroom's until level 20 on an Archer). Which lead me to quit the game my first few characters in without making much (if any) progress. After a long break I had returned and enjoyed the game immensely, but still without making much progress. As time went on and many breaks were had -- The old Maple slowly drifted away with what little I experienced with it. After some years of experiencing Maple post big-bang, with the game gradually getting easier and easier as time went on to the point there was no real challenge. I felt the need to go back to the game's roots, and boy was this the best decision I've made in a long time. So yes hello, here I am ! (TLDR: Played old Maple, didn't make it far. Lots of breaks and years later, got bored of new maple because it became to easy and complicated, came here and haven't regret it). So onto about me, yes yes? I'm a really shy person that often hides in a "shell", I'm not very good at socializing and often when confronted in-game I often don't speak (I'm afraid, fear me). I enjoy plenty genre of games, mostly ranging from multiplayer, strategy, RPG, shooters, and competitive-esc games. I'm a little stubborn, okay maybe more than a little but that's not important. I can also have a bit of a, erm.. Rage issue when it comes to certain games, but I've been getting better I swear ! I'm an aspiring artist and writer, my dream is to be an animator. I enjoy expressing my creativity and often like being in character (though low-key). I absolutely love animals and most nature~ My favorites being wolves, foxes, owls and more. I can be a bit of a tease sometimes, meaning I like to poke fun at people but honestly I mean no harm. I'm not sure how active I'll be on the forums, but I'll definitely be in-game ! Someone that's shy but also likes to ramble and rant...hmm, that may be a first Welcome to Mapleroyals Twitch. Like you, I had recently tried the new version of Maplestory only to be left completely unfulfilled by it. I missed the days of getting excited over every loot drop and every scroll as none of these seem to mean anything in new MS. I'm loving being at Mapleroyals though, brings back a lot of memories for me. Sooo, is there a reason behind the name Twitch?
Once I get close to someone or a group of people I end up talking a lot, maybe even a little too much at times. I'm always afraid of annoying someone with it just because I'll end up spamming the chat or whatever. I'm really enjoying the drop rates of equipment on the server; That said I feel the server has a nice balance of difficulty and reward. I have yet to be disappointed with it ! I also quite like the FM here too, since I feel most things are priced reasonably with the amount of mesos you can generate from grinding for a few hours. It's been a long while since I've had this much fun on Maplestory. Hmm, there's a couple reasons for the name behind Twitch. I'm someone that has a lot of usernames that change from time to time (It's good for character names, too) and I've had plenty stick. My most notable one right now would be Wintrymix, which was a name that my friend actually dreamt up. My liking for the name Twitch originated from League of Legends, where my favorite champion to play is Twitch. I really like his character just because it's something I can sort of relate too, being that they're seemingly silly in nature while also being a bit naive. The name later changed to Twitchry which was used for shooter games which I thought fit in quite well. Twitchry is a spin on Treachery even though they don't really have any relation -- Just to sound cool in it's own sense. The name grew on me after that so I usually try to grab the name Twitch where ever, with the alternative of Twitchry. Here I go ranting again, oops. I get a little carried away sometimes and tend to put a little too much information when trying to explain something. ^^' A fellow Steamer or Streamer? I do both ! Although streaming not so much just because I'm not very good at it.
