Closed BANN APPEAL

    my roommate recently got banned, I'm not too sure for what reason and I've just created an account to play on this server.
    However I'm unable to login, the login button is greyed out after hitting the enter button. Could it be an IP Bann or something?

    If you are IP banned, there is no way for us to unban you and not your roommate. Sorry!

    How do I know if I got IP banned? They didn't state anything.... Or is it a problem with maplestory on my laptop?

    He got banned attempting to do illegal trading. Does that result in IP // MAC bann or whatsoever? Or do they have to wait a period of time to get unbanned

    No, illegal trading is a permanent ban so you probably won't be able to play on this server again unfortunately.
