Not Bug keep dcing.

I keep getting disconnected and all it says is "error"

 

You give no information and you don't give the full error code so it's very hard to tell why you dc.

Sorry about that it says error code: 38.

 

it is also giving another error code: -2147287038 (unknown error0xii0030002)

 

I had this problem after I patched the thanksgiving patch. I had to redownload and reinstall a few times before the I could run the game smoothly without the constant error message (-2147287038). I hope you can run the game smoothly, after following what I did. goodluck !
