I'm guessing you dc when choosing character, the normal issue would be you are a mac banned. Have you been able to play on the laptop before without any issues? and have you made any changes to it around the time the problem started?
When I first started this server I played on the laptop. Then I played on my pc ever since the first day. About 4 days in this server. 1 day was on laptop the next 3 was pc. I'm in bed and tried to login and this happens on the laptop now. I haven't done anything to the laptop since day 1.

John checked your mac address you provided and that one was not banned, the problem must be on your end. Make sure you have the latest setup installed Security settings disabled No VPN programs running, Hamachi, Microsoft loopback adapter and HotSpot shield needs to be disabled.
So, after I restinalled I was able to play and get in game. After shutting down my laptop and turning it back on to play on the laptop the problem returns. So will I have to reinstall the game every time i want to play on my laptop?
Do you have any security programs that start with your computer? There is something with your computer, that's not normal.
I have avast antivurs and the stock firewall with every computer. With avast, I have made an exception for MapleRoyals. My stock firewall is off period. I sometimes am able to play in game. Sometimes it wont let me in game after i select channel. I will have to try multiple times before I can actually get in game with the laptop.
Have you tried disable avast if that makes any difference? Uninstall the game in the control panel then delete the folder and reinstall, might help.
