Will you make auto update client, that automatically download new updates? It is simple to make in c#, i wonder why you don't have it yet?
How do you know it is simple to make? And we haven't created an autoupdater as we need to make one that is compatible with both MACs and Windows and since we haven't been able to do that yet, plus the fact we will be using a new client when we get a new source, I don't think there is a need to do it at this time.
I know it's easy to make in C++/C# because im programmer.. All you have to do is add few buttons, and solution that check VPS download server if there is new files added, if there are, force user to download, then allow him to start client.. And when you make new source, force client to download new files/client... For start you can make only windows client, then later mac, like you have now.. You even have tutorials how to make it.. That's not how it works. Besides which, if we are going to make something for Royals, it is going to be of quality, not just something someone else made that we slightly tweak. Believe me, it is not as easy as you make it sound.
Well this is quality.. You don't have to use this, but this is example.. And yes it is simple, what does launcher need? Patcher and launch button... Idk why you make big deal about that...
