Chief Tatamo's quest that gives you the two items you need to job advance doesn't work. I gave him the secret scroll (10mil) and he didnt give me aynthing in return. I did it again just to be sure and he still didn't give me anything. I killed Manon for the Heroic Pentagon, and then I killed 8 Griffeys and NONE of them dropped the Heroic Star. This is insane. Err i can't remember exactly what is was about the 4th job adv. but there was something weird with it, could be that i didnt receive the items too, however i did it twice (BM/ Bish) and I remember for both I only had to use 1 SSS. Try talking with ur 4th job adv?
I think the SSS is a bug with pirates, Noob and Tainted had the same problem. Post this under Character and merchant issues and maybe a GM will spawn the scroll for you.
4th job secret spell scroll Hi So, Chief Tatamo worst scammer ever, I have done all the clicking/talking, then Mr. Important send me to fat tomato, tomato took my secret spell scroll, but didnt give me any of promised items "heroism something bla bla" so I've turned off maple, logged in again tried once more, same situation, skemmer fredrik, skemmer totato. imo those two, black listed. Anyway hope you understood what I was talking about. LOST TOTAL: 20m + 20min of my life time
I think you're supposed to give the Secret Spell Scroll to the 4th job instructor and not talk to Tatamo.
Christine tried to help but, ya Killed 3 or 4 Griffeys, nothing Killed 3 Manons, nothing very unlucky or also bug?
Make sure you have the quest active. And you might need to kill more. And about the secret spell scroll, I'm not sure. What job are you?
I remember this secret.spell.bug from half a year ago when I first did 4th job advancement on cryvision. There was some ID problem or something that was later fixed. Maybe the bug is back and random or maybe it is a job related bug.
Well theres the problem. Myself and other pirates have said that tatamo does not give you the items. Even if you kill for them, you will only get the item from manon, griffey wont drop it. As of now, 6 of the 10 4th job pirates, including myself, have had this problem. I have not spoken to zyrcophynt, noob, caleb, or impossible regarding this issue, so I cannot speak for them. However, I have heard rumors that for Noob, the 4th job advancement went smoothly. Edit: Apparently Noob had the same problem. With this, I can assume all pirates have trouble with the 4th job advancement.
Griffeys and Manons are dead, nothing except nx, etc. and energizer didn't drop, to be honest on ems was easier to get it that way, how often do the respawn here ?
