Are you on the voting whitelist? If there are 2 players playing per household and wishes to vote once on each account within a day. You must apply for a voting whitelist. If not, you can only vote once per household!

Still if you're having multiple players in the same household, you ought to have the whitelist approved before even voting. If you try voting on both account on the same day(via e.g. 1.computer 2.mobile) and you're not whitelisted, it's a bannable offense (vote abusing)
Not all staff members can see whitelist applications, there is also a three month minimum before a staff member if needed can see those applications. They are also not visible to anyone besides those certain staff members.
